Block Level Analysis is a page break method which breaks an individual page into much smaller multiple points on the web graph. The typical usage of this technique is in determining if the content is specific to a given page or is, in fact, part of a much bigger navigational system. It can also be used to find out if a given link is a natural editorial link, the associated links and whether the link also doubles up as an advertisement.
