Drip Marketing refers to marketing communication done in an organized manner and procedure consisting of writing down the message before the delivery is made and then sending it to current or future customers at pre-set intervals or at pre-decided time instants. The term ‘drip’ was given to these communications by looking at the way these messages are written and later transmitted. Usually sent one at a time, they are generally centered around a particular product or service and with regular gaps in between.
